Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" has an iconic hong kong cafés layout, previously their concept was based on Hong Kong Kopitiam back in the '80s or '90s era which has a nostalgic and vintage feel but now their newly launched concept is based on modern contemporary design. Besides that Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya is also a pet-friendly restaurant. Xiao Ming Kopitiam "小明冰室" has a wide variety of dishes to try but I will recommend their signature dishes/must-try dishes for you. So what to order?
