With the French concept and the love shown from Thomas Chan to his beloved wife Felicia - Am honored to be placed at the Felicia Room where their marriage picture is over the ceiling. Excellent view to overlook the high-rise building. This place is a feast for your eyes and there’s no doubt about it.
Arte by Thomas Chan is where you go to soak up one of the most beautiful European interior designs in Kuala Lumpur and it does not disappoint! And, a huge plus point is that you can now enjoy Afternoon Tea here! So, warm up the teapot, and let’s have some scones! For this particular place, we’ll let the photos speak for themselves!

Arte by Thomas Chan Dining & Restaurant is basically a place that looks like all your Parisian dreams come true. The interior design is definitely loud and exudes extravagance! Plus, this place is located on the 66th floor of the building which gives you spectacular views of the city! It’s no wonder that so many people head to this place to take pictures!
Now, there’s a new place to add to your list of staycation-worthy hotels and resorts: Arte Mont Kiara. This serviced apartment boasts French-inspired décor, which starts at its drop-off and lobby area to its IG-worthy amenities that include a butterfly garden and jacuzzi pools with views of KL’s skyline. The best part is that you can check out the suites for a night’s stay from RM285/night.
Its stunning exteriors and lobby aside, Arte Mont Kiara also boasts amenities at its podium. If you’ve already been wowed by other Arte buildings around Malaysia, such as the one in Jalan Ampang with thematic gardens and futuristic pools, you’ll be in for more surprises at Arte Mont Kiara.
This new Arte space building has jacuzzi pods, or pools, which look like rice terraces with bonsai trees scattered around . You’ll also get views of KL’s skyline too while you relax in the water.

Their high tea set price rm138 per head. We more fans of alcohol than sweets so we sit at the bar for a cocktail around rm50-rm55 per glass with snacks. They do serve coffee as well. Bar crews service is excellent

New fancy French in town. Food’s lovely, but the ambiance is lovely
