Let me introduce you to Genuine Steamboat restaurant which just launched in late Sep 2020 last year located deep in the heart of Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang serving a new way of eating steamboat. Genuine Steamboat is a steamboat restaurant that is determined to choose the freshest ingredients & foods for customers and steam them in the simplest way, in order to retain the freshness & nutrients of the foods. How isn't cooked? They will place the porridge at the bottom to cook and generated enough heat to the surface where the meat, seafood, vegetables, etc are a place to steam them. Simple but yet healthy so what to order? Genuine Steamboat boss recommended trying the mix & max set where you can pick the choices of shells (clam, scallop, and Gould's razor shell), fish (siakap, gold pomfret, white snapper, and kerapu), and chicken ( 1/2 Half) which comes with the porridge. As for the ala carte, we ordered the Prawn, Clam, Handmade Pork Dumpling, Bacon with enoki Mushroom, Pork Belly, Bacon, Glass Lettuce, and Pleurotus Eryngii. Wait for what? Head down to Genuine Steamboat restaurant with friends and family to enjoy a healthy and steamy meal together.
