Looking for the best durian in Petaling Jaya? I'm sure everyone usually goes to SS2 to get durian but recently I discover a hidden gem in PJ(Petaling Jaya) named Twin Tasty Durian which located deep in the heart of Ara Damansara, PJ selling fresh savory, meaty, and good quality durians from Raub, Pahang and also they are selling vacuum-sealed frozen durian. What types of durian do they sell here? At Twin Tasty Durian they only have 4 types of durian which are the Musang King, D24, D101, and XO. What types of frozen durian do they have? As for the frozen durians they are selling Musang King, D24, and D101. Durians at Twin Tasty Durian come in daily fresh from the farm located in Raub, Pahang to serve the best for their costumers. Haven't try frozen durian before? I know Malaysian usually tend to get fresh durians and it was also my first time having frozen durian but surprisingly it tasted really good especially the musang king. The price is cheaper compare to the fresh but the taste/flavor is almost similar just the texture is a little soggier. You can either eat it like a durian ice cream or defrost it at room temperature.
The prices usually change depending on the season plus they have weekdays and weekend pricing.
Once you enter the shop, you can smell a pleasant and aromatic durian fragrant flowing in the air which makes you even more excited to try them AH!

Musang King Durian which is also known as Mao Shan Wang or D197. Musang King is the most sought after and expensive Durian variety due to its appealing texture and flavor. Musang King Pahang has a bigger seed and Its flesh has a thicker and creamy texture combined with a hint of bitterness.
Durian XO RM32/KG
The name XO is derived from its fermented taste and is extremely soft to hold. For those that would like to try their 'not so typical sweet durian', this is one of the alternatives as the durian meat has a bitter taste to it and stronger alcohol-like taste.
Durian D24 RM24/KG
The D24 durian is also known as Sultan Durian and is one of the well-known durian species alongside Musang King. The flesh is golden yellowish in color, creamy texture with a bittersweet taste---A Heavenly Combination!
