Mr Otak-Otak sells frozen authentic 100% pure otak-otak from Muar and they have 2 types which are fish and prawn. I prefer fish otak-otak because it is slightly stronger and flavourful.

As for the otak otak, they are many ways to prepare it. Simple yet delicious and works as a meal. You can make sandwiches, burger, otak-otak fried rice, noodle otak-otak, otak otak pan cake, otak otak wrap, otak-otak pizza, otak otak kuih, and many more. I know some are afraid that it might smell strong or fishy but trust me. Mr Otak Otak brand adjusted the flavour and ingredients to make it less strong and fishy to match and serve the best for everyone. Even though it's frozen but the texture is very smooth and moist after heating up and it doesn't make the space smell like otak otak haha.
