[Delicious Beef Pho @ Klang!]
Looking for delicious Pho & Authentic Vietnamese cuisine? Recently I found this Vietnamese Restaurant which located deep in the heart of Klang right behind Klang Parade named Huong Lua Restaurant(美味越南餐厅) serving one of the best Pho Bo ( Beef Rice Noodle Soup) and others variety of Vietnamese Local Street Food. Huong Lua Restaurant(美味越南餐厅) is opened by a Vietnamese Chinese Family, cozy and humbly environment. Their food overall was great and fresh yet super cheap!!

Pho Bo is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and meat, primarily made with either beef (phở bò) or chicken (phở gà). Pho is popular street food in Vietnam. The pho bo here is served as the ones in Hanoi, the broth was slightly sweeter but pack with herbs plus the beef was tender & slightly salty.

Mi xao is a pretty simple dish to make but if you want restaurant quality mi xao that's going to take a few extra steps. Stir-fried noodle with beef and vegetable garnished with salt and black pepper.

Pork Bone Marrow
You won't find this dish on the menu because is free, just order from the kitchen. Basically is left over pork bone marrows used to boil the broth but there's still meat in it. The right way to eat it is to poke your chopstick right into the marrow and dig out the meat.
