Lately I was introduced to try out 盐香鸡饭 by Quennie Ong which located in heart of Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang serving one of the best and exotic salted chicken in town. 盐香鸡饭 was established two years ago by Nancy, friendly boss and a lovely mom who works very hard for her children. Got to try their steam salted chicken which has a silky smooth skin layer and the meat is so juicy, pack with aromatic spices which you can eat it everyday and not get bored of it. One chicken is never enough!! Nancy also recommended to try their crispy golden brown salted chicken which tasted amazing and so tender in every bite is because their uses good quality chicken which cost a little more expensive. Besides that, 盐香鸡饭 also serve some delicious curry chicken rice and curry pork rice. Their curry used here's less spicy and light suitable for people who can't really eat spicy food.
