Let me introduce you to a hidden gem in Bandar Bukit Raja which is located on the borderline of Klang and Setia Alam named Long Sheng Food Shop which served authentic Beef Wan Tan Mee and others comfort food like char siew wan tan mee, Pork Feet Black Vinegar, Curry chicken wan tan mee, prawn dumplings, ginger duck wan tan mee and many more but they're only famous for their Beef Wan Tan Mee which is true enough after trying out a couple of other main dishes.

What do we seek in a delicious bowl on beef noodle? Firstly before digging into the noodle or meat, grab a spoon and taste the broth. The broth plays a very important role in a delicious bowl of beef noodle, which part of the bone did they use from the cow and how long it's been cooking. Second will be the tenderness and freshness of the beef, good meat always tasted juicy and less of the gamey taste. Third is the noodle they used, I personally prefer thicker and chewy noodle for beef noodle, maybe some will like wan tan mee instead. Overall was pretty delicious.

Ginger Duck Wan Tan Mee RM 9.00
Got to be honest, their dry wan tan mee seriously tasted average. Even some of the kopitiam wan tan mee is better and cheaper. But their ginger duck is a winner, they way they marinated and cook it at a perfect timing was impressive. Super tender and the fats of the duck was render all over the noodle giving that extra flavor.
Pork Feet Black Vinegar with Wan Tan Mee RM 9.00
Like I say above, wan tan mee was average but the pork feet black vinegar was horrible. The pork meat was so rubbery, overcook and the vinegar just overpowering everything.
