[Best Cafe To Visit At Petaling Jaya 2019!!]

Submerging in the heart of Ara Damansara , PJ lies a foremost cafe which was launch by one of Malaysia creative agency "Forefront" trying to create diversity in the cafe business with its friendly new flagship eatery, "Foremula", which follows the contemporary prescription for a chatter-generating F&B destination. Foremula Cafe's located within Dana 1 Commercial Centre right opposite Citta Mall serving a with range variety cuisine from Western fus with Asian accompaniment with great coffee and dessert. The portion here's humongous, definitely worth every penny spend plus quiet atmosphere to ease after a stressful day!!

Tenderly and fresh meaty boneless chicken coated with concealed flour batter, perfectly fried till golden crispy and overflow with their irresistible sensation curried buttermilk sauce sided with fried sweet potatoes and homey salad.

A meal which definitely makes your tummy satisfied at all time !!

Just My Lak-sa RM 18

Just My Laksa is one of Foremula Cafe signature dishes, a custom make capellini pasta immerse in mildly spiced coconut cream + minced tuna top with chopped Vietnamese coriander, ginger flower, onions, red chili and mint leaves plus a silky sunny side up egg. Overall it's tasted like having laksa and asam laksa fus together in-precipitating a very unique sensation. The soup was a little fishy but it has this strong fragrance from the fresh spices.

Nothing quite beats the aroma or taste of freshly baked bread at Foremula, toasted with butter and sprinkle of caramelized coffee sauce served with strawberry compote, raisins and crushed cashew nuts. The dough served here has it unique profile like sourdough bread, a soft chewy airy but an intense creamy crumb inside and a crispy caramelizing crust.

There's always room for dessert? Trust me, even you're broke or full to bursting you can't resist this addictive burnt cheese cake which melts in your mouth like butter or an ice-cream. I was totally blown away by the textures and flavours, so rich in flavours and creamy in every bite.

Houjicha Latte RM 12

I personally only take Latte as in just plain latte because usually cafe served me flavour latte, it's end up unpleasing. But today's a game changing where for the first time I actually enjoy a flavour latte which is added with Houjicha. What's Houjicha? Hōjicha is a Japanese green tea. It is distinctive from other Japanese green teas because it is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal, whereas most Japanese teas are steamed. Very unique tasting and smoothing profile plus the Houjicha doesn't really overpower the coffee which's a good thing!
