[Best Burnt Cheese Cake in Klang!!]

When i was a kid, my mom often made non baked lemon cheesecake at home, it was the best cheesecake I had ever eat I can say. I had tried so many different type cheesecake at cafes/restaurants, but I still think my mom's recipe is the BEST one. I learnt to bake at home since I was a teenager and I found out I really like to bake. Even my husband's first birthday celebration with me also my mom's secret recipe cheesecake

I really enjoyed baking. I did a lot of searching from YouTube and Google and learnt from the screen. I never join any baking class. I would love to join baking class but I don't have time, as you know I'm a full time mom, i need to take care of my 3 years old daughter. So i learned at home and do some adjustments with those recipes. 1 day, my husband encourage me to sell some homemade cakes for online business. So here I am
