They have a few different flavor like the Ma Lan Beef Noodle, Curry Noodle, seafood noodle and etc, each costed around RM 24 here in Malaysia and only avaible at certain super market outlet. Is really good for going on a trip,camping,hiking and etc which is cost effective and efficient to get a balance meal.
[How to cook ?]
Firstly unbox it, then take out everything inside. Then place the white container upfront then slowly cut all the packets and chuck it inside. Then place the heat pad into the bottom of the container which is the black color. then fill it up with water still slightly above the heat pad which is good enough to keep it boiling for 20 minutes. The place the white container above it and fill it up with hot water then kindly close the top with he cover to cook. Just sit back and relax for 15-20 minutes. You will be able to see alot of steam projecting out of the small hole on the cover. Remove the cover and your meal is all done!! Time to eat !!
[WHAT IS IN THE PACKETS & FOOD REVIEW]
1.Curry Paste
Their own special curry paste which tasted pretty good light santan and mild level for spiciness plus the chili oil was alot!!
2.VEGETABLES
The packet listed five types of vegetables: lotus root, potato, wood-ear fungus, bamboo shoot and king oyster mushroom. Vegetables are included in the three main versions of the instant hotpot. My advise is to cook them longer if you prefer a more soften on the vegetable because 15 minutes itself wasn't enough for me. The vegetable was hard and a little under cook. So try to wait for 20-25 minutes.
3.Fish Cake
Fish cake tasted a little weird to me. Not fishy but more towards rubbery kind of feel. The worst part it tasted like a chicken ham from a tin can.
3.Fish Ball
Saddest looking fish ball and you can't even differentiate whether is a fish or chicken ball .
4.Glass Noodle
Their glass noodle was pretty good but 15 minutes itself wasn't enough to cook it. Glass noodle takes more time to cook if not it will be kind of tough to eat .
5.Spoon & Chopstick
I seriously hated their spoon and chopstick, so hard to use plus the length was so short.Can't complain much if you're at outdoor.
