Thai cuisine (Thai: อาหารไทย, RTGS: ahan thai, pronounced [ʔāː.hǎːn tʰāj]) is the national cuisine of Thailand.
Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Thai chef McDang characterizes Thai food as demonstrating "intricacy; attention to detail; texture; color; taste; and the use of ingredients with medicinal benefits, as well as good flavor", as well as care being given to the food's appearance, smell and context.
1.Main Course
Kaeng Keaw Wan Gai(green curry chicken rice) @ RM15.90
Green curry (Thai: แกงเขียวหวาน, RTGS: kaeng khiao wan, pronounced [kɛ̄ːŋ kʰǐaw wǎːn], literally sweet green curry) is a central Thai variety of curry.
The name "green" curry derives from the color of the dish, which comes from green chillies. The "sweet" in the Thai name (wan means 'sweet') refers to the particular color green itself and not to the taste of the curry. As this is a Thai curry based on coconut milk and fresh green chillies, the color comes out creamy mild green or, as this color is called in Thai, "sweet green". Its ingredients are not exactly fixed. The curry is not necessarily sweeter than other Thai curries but, although the spiciness varies, it tends to be more pungent than the milder red curries.
Food Review : Green curry was creamy and not too sweet on the flavor, the coconut milk was fresh plus the chicken was absolute tender to start wuth.

Khao Kha Moo (stewed pork leg with rice) @ RM11.90
Best-seller here and it continues to be a main pulling factor in attracting returning customers. Slices of meat from the pork knuckle or also known as Pork feet. Served with braised egg, salted vegetable, kai lan vegetable, special thai special and a warm rice to mesh with. Do remember to ask for extra gravy soup which's free and delicious, tasted like herber soup or bak kut teh.
Food Review : The pork kunckle meat was tender and the sauce is a tad lighter and not as rich. Nevertheless, the flavor is spot on and the chili sauce was great too.

One of Thailand well-known dish which is the Tomyam Seafood couldn't miss out while dining in a Thai restaurant right?
