[JB Most Instagram worthy Cafe!!]
感谢您进入我的博客，最后我来这里分享我在柔佛州新山最喜欢的咖啡馆。对于那些在Instagram上关注我的人，你可能知道为什么我总是在JB lol。无论是短途旅行到新加坡，超级干净和安全的国家，还是我去那里见我的朋友或做面部护理。大声笑其中一个，我会确保我能够为这个地方腾出时间。
这个地方几乎没有什么好地方可以放松，这也是我选择住在这里的主要原因。我们刚刚在清晨抵达JB，我们立即在入住The Replacement。之后我们决定在去见朋友之前吃午饭，晚上我们来尝试他们的新夜晚菜单Tapas。在我们吃完晚餐后，我们决定寻找一个放松的好地方，不小心去了一个名叫Roost的好地方（距离The Replacement只有几家商店）。所以整个2D1N公路旅行真的很有趣和愉快。

The cafe is also very homey and cozy with clean lines, simple yet classy interiors and the details were all well thought of. From the drinking water served in amber bottles matching the plastic cups, to the tin bucket holding the cutleries and serviettes, the variety of hanging lamps, minimalist paintings on the white wall, subdued lighting maximing natural lights coming in from the floor to ceiling windows...this place shouts elegance!
This is a MUST visit when in Jalan Doby in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Not just for the the interiors and friendly staff but mostly for the food. Will be back soon for their churros which I heard is a bestseller.

The Replacement Lodge＆Kitchen位于Johor Bahru的Jalan Dhoby时髦街区，是一家休闲咖啡馆和精品旅馆/旅馆。 The Replacement Lodge＆Kitchen于2015年5月开业，很快因其富有图片的场所，现代融合的欧洲早午餐菜肴和轻松的氛围而受到欢迎。
The Replacement Lodge＆Kitchen的氛围营造出干净，简约，禅宗的感觉。白天和热情，白天充足的自然光线和夜间温暖的装饰灯光明亮。白色墙面与灰色混凝土地板相结合，整齐地衬有橡木木色家具，是现代而经典的时髦。美丽的地方，几乎每个角落都是值得的！
The Replacement Lodge＆Kitchen酒店的服务友好而且彬彬有礼。大多数年轻的工作人员都很叽叽喳喳，与客人互动很好，接受订单，虽然支付是在柜台自助服务。即使在高峰期，通常在15分钟内，订单也会很快完成。工作人员很有效率正在清理空/脏桌，因为这里的用餐营业额很高。他们能够分享菜肴的简短描述，体面的产品知识。
这次我回来了，我注意到上次有点差异。一个巨大的LED灯挂在咖啡厅的入口旁边。是的，之所以在星期五上午12点关闭到周日，是因为他们开始为Tapas菜单提供晚餐服务。通常在下午的菜单中，我会一直坚持他们的全天早餐，软壳蟹和油条。哈哈哈我总是忠诚一个好吗？！
The Replacement Lodge＆Kitchen餐厅的食物是现代融合欧洲风味，专注于早午餐和甜点。菜肴创造性地组合在一起并命名，一般来说，味道很好。不是最出色的，但足够咖啡馆。对于个人而言，部分略大，如果您自己完成，则会非常充实。建议公共用餐。价格与其他咖啡馆相当，预算约为每人RMR RM35 / SGD $ 11.30。

The Replacement Lodge & Kitchen’s Breakfast Platter is a gastronomical feast both for my tummy and the eyes (soo IG friendly). This plate has a wonderful mix of “buttery scrambled eggs, hon-shimeji and button mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, chicken sausage, homemade mixed beans, and a slice of muesli toast and turkey ham” (the other option is beef pastrami). And to top it off, I had a good cup of cappuccino. The foam art was a plus!
For only RM48.85 (RM30.90 + RM11.00 and taxes) this is a steal for a heavy brunch meal.
Everything on this plate was flavourful and very delish. Am all set for the day now. I think I am skipping lunch.
