KFC VS McDonald's Chinese New Year Offer!!
Chinese New Year 2018 is here again and guess what else is back again !! Yes KFC & MCD launced their new menu for CNY 2018 which is the KFC(Golden Egg Crunch) & MCDonalds (Double Prosperity Burger) both is almost the same price range but which looks better and taste better?
We did an honest review on both KFC&MCD new CNY menu with no bias perspectives.As both competing during festive season releasing chaos !!
Finally We make our conclusion after trying both on the same day and we decided KFC(Golden Egg Crunch) tasted better and worth compare to MCDonalds (Double Prosperity Burger) . But anyway give it a try to both as they're still available during this period.
We will judge base on taste,overall presentation,price and etc to rate

Let's start off with KFC Golden Egg Crunch which is actually fried chicken season with salted egg,curry powder and a touch of sweet basil served with a warm mash potatoes and freshly chop coleslaw(It looks like it was make a day before) and a cup of drink. Starting off with 2 pieces which is RM 14.50 and 3 pieces for RM18.60.
It tasted pretty unit and new towards people but not for the chinese or india I believe, because we been using this recipe in our dishes since ages like salted egg chicken,pork,mantis prawn and so on ..The first piece was satisfied and delicious but not for the second piece and so on. It gets weird after having more as the flavor build up inside your mind and you'll feel a little disgusted after having 3 pieces. But is worth trying anyway...

Lastly we ended with McDonald's (Double Prosperity Burger) which is 2 beef patty stew cook with black pepper sprinkle with chop onion and enclosure with 2 fluffy piece of bread served with curly fries and a cup of drink which cost RM19.98 and by topping up RM1.00 to upgrade your drink to Ice blended orange.As for the single prosperity burger will cost RM 14.98. Does double make a different? Yes more juicy and filling,confirm full but does it taste really that good? No, if you're a beef lover in just one bite you can tell that this is a beef or something else.The texture and taste really weird, not even close to average and the black pepper sauce was overpower. The bread was so soggy and disgusting to look at.Overall doesn't even look like in the Menu or Photos. A feeling of disappointment and scam after you purchase it .
