Sarawak Laksa RM 7.50
A typical bowl of Traditional Sarawak Laksa usually consists of rice vermicelli, omelette strips, shredded chicken, beansprouts, prawns, fresh coriander and lime.
Traditional Sarawak laksa is a famous Sarawak noodle dish which looks like the normal curry laksa. However, the Sarawak’s version of this dish is slightly subtler compared to the normal curry laksa. It is made using a laksa paste consisting of sambal belacan, tamarind, lemongrass, herbs and spices with a little coconut milk. Hence, it has a fine balance of aromatic herbs and spices with a subtle hint of sourish and chili note and not overly rich and creamy.
Sarawak KOLO Mee RM6.00
A typical bowl of Traditional Sarawak KOLO Mee usually consists of homemade noodle,Char Siew,Vegetable, garnished which some minced pork meat and season with some pepper . Sometime they will add in fish cake or sometime they are served with a bowl of soup .
Char Kuey Teow RM6.00
Fried with Kuey Teow, prawns, egg, bean sprouts, spring onion, pork sausage, clams and finish with some pepper seasoning on top
To be honest I think the Char Kuey Teow here is like the one of the best Food in the Kopitiam.!!!
Wan Tan Mee RM 5.50
Nothing special about it , decent tasting but the Char siew here is a little sweeter
