Worst Cafe in Kuchai ?
As we all know recently alot of Cafes in Kl area such as Cheras,Taman Desa,Kuchai,Ampang,Pudu, and etc are blooming with new Cafe with unit interior design and different multi cuisine. But Recently a new launch cafe in Kuchai ,KL was rated as the Top worst Quality of food and services in KL . Isn't True ? We did some interview and feedback from the costumer and 90% say it suck badly and overcharging the costumer . Our Intention is to review the real deal of a Cafe/Restaurant about their food and services so that our viewers and people will spend their every penny worth while dining a good and satisfied Cafe/Restaurant.
Do not get fool by Advertising or some pretty girls who visited!!

Don't Blame Them , They're just doing their Job
-Many tend to blame on Blogger & Advertiser just because they say everything here was served top notch , fresh and delicious but Infact every doesn't taste or feel like in the final result .
There're something good about this Cafe?
Sure yes , in every Cafe/restaurant there is a good side about it and this Cafe is certian about opening 24/7 . So no worries about nothing to eat in Kuchai rather then eating cup noodle or mamak , here a place with wifi, aircorn and pretty girls to dine in .
What to Order/Eat Here ?
. Some of the recommended food here are salted egg prawn with yam, tomyam seafood soup, Big Breakfast, pasta and many more. Moreover, they have various delectable desserts as well as the popular cheese tea that seems to be popping up everywhere nowadays! You can literally spend the whole day here for all your meals! The spacious cafe has both indoor and outdoor spaces so you can enjoy the air-conditioning when the weather is hot or just chill at the al-fresco area for some people-watching when the climate is cooler.

Food quality not as per expected, normal so so only....choices option of food are lots but the price set at too high....not worth

Very bad quality of food. Fries came hard and dry, and chicken chop has more flour than chicken. Price point on food and drinks on the high side. Not worth visiting the cafe at all.

Rubbish Cafe...better close it down asap. At first time we go the food are very bad and we would like to bring our friend go and try again since they never try before and they saw alot of famous food forum to promote this W Cafe! Just now we go press the ordering bell like more than 10 times, all staff like no response and ignore us. And that not a peak time, and all the staff not that busy. At the end we left the cafe due to they still don't serve us at the end. Don't promote this cafe again! This is the most radicals and bad cafe i had been.

Be prepared for RM30-50 spending for each person.
Food quality is overall acceptable.
Environment is acceptable too as a cafe.
Food delivery time about 30-40minutes.
Food selection is variety.
Customer service is very bad, unwilling to switch table for us even though we are in big group, 7 adult and 1 baby, we were in the cafe for 3-4 hours and requested for switching table more than 5 times.
Not enough baby chair.
Even though the price is average high, yet credit card payment not available.
The whole cafe is in noise.

Very bad foods and coffee. Serve coffee in paper cub even eat in. Bread like shit. Non smoking area like smoking area... price is expensive. So, I will expect more. But, very very disappointed. DO NOT COME.

12点左右来到了这里,点了四杯饮料,一份炸苏东和一片蛋糕,过了十分钟苏东端出来了可是饮料还没到,再过了三十分钟饮料也还没到,只好按服务铃,来了位穿全黑的男人名牌上写着Isaac,说会帮我们检查一下,过后再来了一位男生,给我们看单,问我们是不是全部饮料还没到(重点单也是错的,多了四杯超贵的白开水)问了我们过好就默默的离开,再等了三十分钟饮料还是没有,我们只好再按一次服务铃,来了第一位黑衣男Isaac,他说因为饮料部赶不及做我们的单再等一下(重点是我们隔壁桌子和对面桌子比我们晚来可是全部食物和饮料都到齐了)一句饮料部赶不及做我们的单就打发我们走掉了,再等多15分钟饮料还是没有到,我们只好说如果我们的饮料还没做就结帐给钱了,再等十分钟单也没有来,不打算给我们结帐吗,只好再按服务铃(刚刚那几个人来问我们东西的看到我们桌号在亮灯也不走过来,也让我们傻傻的等,一个半小时后忍无可忍过后直接走去柜台说要结帐,才端出两杯做好的水说不用收钱,为什么我们等了一个半小时的时候不端出来呢?说要结帐了才拿出来,我就说不用了,就结了我们吃的,对不起也不说一声,只是一句饮料部赶不及做我们的单,这是什么服务态度?服务员很多,饮料部也有五个人在准备饮料,就赶不及做我们的四杯饮料?无言. . .
