The closer taste & presentation towards Japanese fine-dining cuisine in Japan ? or Just another mythical joke ?

Rakuzen restaurant is consider a Japanese fine-dining because they served high product & ingredient as if la . Not only that this restaurant was actually own by the same Company as Sushi Zanmai ,Zen,and Pasta Zanmai but they purposely make as if others is lower quality or cheaper version of Rakuzen !!. But In fact they actually taste the freaking same . The only different is the presentation and decor on the plate ...LOL to give a touch of high quality & fine dining appearance . People say it use to be good but recently their quality & standard has rolling down the terrain .
