Home-style chicken curry
Planning to cook a delicious meal/curry chicken for serving over the weekends? or not sure what to cook for your family ? Come and try out this Asian home cook style curry chicken , freshly make curry paste stew cook with chickens for hour and letting it rest in the cooking wok as it absorb the flavors and expanding it aroma . A secret to Asian cooking , there is no proper measurement on ingredients like how much have to put . Everything is Agak-agak means estimation !!

Ingredients
1.Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom

Method
1.Firstly Heat up the oil..add the dried spice to fried awhile.
2.Add-in the blended onion mix.
3.Add-in the curry paste and chilli powder. If you like it more spicy , can add in some chop red chili or chili padi.
4.Add in the chop chicken and sliced potatoes.
5.Add water n simmer till cooked.
6.Add santan, salt & a pinch of sugar
7.Let it cook like 30-40 minutes then turn off the gas and close the cooking wok cover. Let it rest in it for about 15 -20 minutes before serving on the table .
Done .Enjoy it with a bowl of warm white rice .Delicous!!!
