Just spotted a new opening Japanese restaurant in Cheras !! Sumiya Izakaya first brunch was opened at USJ
and extended their business to KL area.
Isn't good ? Isn't btter then Sushi Zanmai , Sushi Tei , Sushi Hei or Razuken ? Ins't worth ?
Yes , some of their meal or sushi is way better then any of this famous branded Asses and way cheaper too !!
When comes to Japanese food 4 elements which play a big role.

As for the rice , I usually prefer my japanese rice to taste more vingery because it goes well with fresh fish or seafood
