INGREDIENTS
400g dark chocolate ( you can use other chocolate based on your own liking )
150g unsalted butter
100g brown sugar
100g castor sugar
4 eggs
Vanilla extract/ coffee essence
U can buy the fondant in baking shop..
Roll it with fondant rolling pin
100g self rising flour

INSTRUCTIONS
Add in sugars, eggs, vanilla
Add sifted flour & cocoa n salt.
Mix with whisk
Put in 2 lined cake pans n bake at 160 30-40mins
Cream cheese filling
250g cream cheese
150g yogurt
6tblspn condensed milk or or according to yr taste
1tblsp gelatine mixed in 1/8 cup boiling water
Mixe everything with a whisk
Then the top is fondant. Roll n shape it...
