[A Famous Cafe in Klang & Setia Alam?]
What do you know? Surprisingly, I didn't know that 1986 cafe actually expended another franchise in Setia Alam,Shah Alam named 1986 Espresso Bar serving the same food as 1986 cafe in Bandar Botanik, Klang but does it taste the same? I'm here today to give a full in house and food review about 1986 Cafe & 1986 Espresso Bar. Cafe 1986 in Botanik is located right opposite AEON Jusco Bukit Tinggi and 1986 Espresso Bar lies in the heart of Setia Alam right behind Setia City Mall serving some comfort western cuisine and localise authentic Malaysian cuisine accompaniment with a cup of aromatic coffee.

曾几何时，有一些朋友，出生于1986年，决定利用他们独特的技能并开始自己的事业。其中包括发型师，咖啡师，面部水疗师和修脚师。但是，为了开始他们的个人业务，他们被要求找到一个地方开始他们的个人业务，让我们面对现实，现在在马来西亚城市租一个地方是相当昂贵的。

Cafe 1986 Interior Photos
一楼分为3个区域：咖啡厅 - 面向前方道路，美甲工作室 - 位于楼层中间，钉子工作室后面是咖啡厅的厨房。可以想象，与附近的其他咖啡馆相比，这家咖啡馆的面积很小。但是通过正确的室内设计和家具，它使咖啡馆看起来可爱而不是小。

1. Main Course
Smoky Bacon Burger RM 18.00
Olive focaccia buns sandwiched with home made juicy pork patty, coral lettuce, caramelized onion with sweet tomatoes topped with cheddar cheese and a slice of grill smoky bacon. Pork Patty is definitely tender and juicy, lovely seasoning but just kinda shorts of fries. If it comes with sweet potatoes fries will be perfect meal.
Aglio Olio RM 14
An Italian classic dish. Spaghetti tossed in garlic, fresh chopped parsley, smokey bacon and crushed chilli pepper flakes.
Bolognese(Minced Pork) RM 16.50
Spaghetti tossed in rich meaty tomato sauce made with pork and fresh herbs, finish with a granted of parmesan cheese. The bolognese tasted pretty average and spaghetti slightly over cooked. Not something that you can't do better at home.
Bacon Carbonara RM 19
Spaghetti tossed in Parmesan cheese, cream sauce with smoked bacon, fresh mixed mushroom, topped with whole grill bacon strip and fresh chopped parsley.
Mushroom Chicken Chop RM 18
Basically is a slice of chicken chop coated with buttery flour and deeply fried still crispy golden, not sure if is perfection or not. Sided with a home made mushroom sauce, fresh salad and topped with mashed potatoes? Looks like the chicken chop's topped above the mashed potatoes. Overall just tasted average but sadly it costed RM 18 which is slightly over price.
Popeye The Sailor RM 18.00
Firstly, I wanted to emphasize this is a pesto spaghetti sauce and that is why it's in green color sauce. Not sure why they named it popeye the sailor. But anyway, is just a spaghetti tossed with thick cream and spinach mashed together with crushed garlic. A popular dish from Genoa in northern Italy.
BBQ Pork Chop (Rice/Spaghetti ) RM 16/RM16.50
Marinated grill pork chop served with a home made barbecue sauce served with rice or spaghetti. The pork chop was surprisingly tender thus the sauce was slightly salty.
Crispy Chicken Focaccia RM 18.00
A tenderly chicken fried to golden perfection, placed between crispy & fluffy focaccia bread toasted and chopped cucumber,lettuce,cheese,wasabi and mayonnaise accompaniment with sweet potatoes fries

I tried the coffee in 1986 Klang which tasted pretty good,smooth profile and strong coffee bean but sadly the one in 1986 Espresso Bar latte tasted like a down graded version of coffee bean which is very disappointing because is not synchronize.
