Seafood spaghetti recipe
Cooking Spaghetti is a very fun and creative process , you can literally add in anything you want like seafood , chicken , beef , and etc . Hearty with shrimps and squids , adding a touch of mix hearbs to enhanced the flavor before serving on the table . Method
Put the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook following the packet instructions until it become soften . Then put them to dry .
Meanwhile, make a slit down one side of the squid score criss-crosses on the inside of it with a sharp knife and cut into strips about 1cm (½in) wide. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and onion and fry for 1 minute. Season the squid and prawns, add to the pan and fry for 2 minutes. Tip into a bowl and set aside.
Pour the oil into the frying pan, add the chop potatoes like wedges shape and chicken cheezzzy sausage chop sideways to fried until the color looks good .
Add the seafood mix , chicken cheezzzy sausage and potatoes back to the pan, then cooked spaghetti and toss to coat well in the sauce.
To serve, divide the seafood spaghetti between 4 plates and scatter with a little mix herbs to garnish.
Done !! Ready to be Served ..
