Brown rice and green beans simmer in broth, soy sauce and spices to infuse this Healthy Living side dish with savory flavor. Plus Grill Chicken season with e hot sauce, paprika, ground cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl, and stir until the mixture is well combined. Place the chicken thighs or any other parts in the baking dish, and coat them with a layer of sauce. Cover the dish with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 ( temperature depending on your oven ) .

INGREDIENTS
White Rice
1 package frozen, cut green beans
2 tablespoons Sugar
5 tables spoon of soy sauce ( Add salt if is not salty enough )
1-3/4 cups water
1 package black mushroom (chop them into half pieces )
1 can of luncheon meat (chop them into small pieces )
1 package of pork sausages (chop them into small pieces )
Chops garlic & onion
Half pack of dry mussels seafood ( it will make your dish slightly salty )
half pack of dry shrimp
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large 2-quart saucepan, heat the oil
throw in some chop garlic & onion
Add rice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Adding in the dry mussels , luncheon meat , pork sausages , black mushroom
Add the green beans and water, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
While rice and beans are simmering, sprinkle some pepper or mix herbs on top to enhance the flavor
When all liquid in rice and beans has been absorbed,
Put Them in a Rice Cooker to remain Warm and Fresh !! and can be eaten at anytime you wish for . .......Cheerrss
