Please DOn't Try or COme Again !!!( Warning)

1/10 STAR ............!!!

Been here a couple times and the food here used to be good and delicious .

But after today , I changed my mind like seriously .

FUck up services from stuff and no manners ..

Food quality drop down the dirty drain of Klang river.

Are serving your costumer Fast food and Cafe standard like freshly cook ?

If I'm the Manager if this Hazelnut Coffee & Bar Cafe , I will be fucking a shame to tell people I work here.

Why I'm waiting like forever for 1 chicken chop >? or Fish & Chips ?

If possible, Stay Away! Was having our meal in the function room and half way through we saw a RAT!! coming down from the curtain! thereafter, my partner went to the toilet and he saw a half dead rat in the toilet! With the amount of rat we saw while we're there, we seriously doubt the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. Told one of the waitress and she doesn't look surprised � looks like it's something norm to her that she see everyday.

Service sucks... Waited for more than half an hour without inform. Food is served as not same as describe in the menu.

food is terrible, we went there had the aglio olio chicken chop pasta and the other 4 chicken chop dish. It was awful the mushrooms sauce taste like some Chinese baby oil. the fried chicken chop is so oily, the oil they use don't even know how long already. service is shitty we sat that for 30minutes and told they more than 5 times for water also didn't serve. LASTLY MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, MY MUM GOT" FOOD POISONING ". THE SHOP SHOULD BE CLOSE!!!!!!

We are really sorry for the inconvenience . Regarding the food we will try our best to up our standard of food and be more cautious with the oil usage . As for the services we apologize for the slow treatment , and will try our best to improve overall . We hope and pray for a speedy recovery for your mum .
