Bad services will destroy your restaurant reputation even your food is good or well presented !!
I order Nasi Kerabu from the menu and ask the counter ," isn't I add on RM 3.50 I will get a 2 cup of drinks and he reply me . You can't see ? with that bad expression . First time , I seriously feel like walking out of that place .
How can you run a restaurant/cafe with such manner ? With patient , I waited for my meal because I'm seriously hungry . When the food arrived at my table I asked the waiter for curry or sauce because their food is terrible . Blend , Dry , and the Fried chicken is fucking re-heater with a microwave .
And she say don't have , So i stood up and walk to the counter and ask their manager ," Can I have some curry or rendang sauce " ? I pointed to them . The curry chicken and rendang chicken was in a big tray and there is alot of sauce inside . The manager reply me ,'" Finish " . Thinking customer is Dumb or blind ? Tell me what you will say or react ? Thank you
