There are a few shops in  Klang  near Shah Alam that serves the Hokkien style pork that is cooked in herbs.   Klang's famous for serving one of the best Bak Kut Teh you can get in Malaysia!! [What is Bak Kut Teh?] Bak-kut-teh  (also spelt bah-kut-teh; Chinese:  肉骨茶 ; Pe̍h-ōe-jī:  bah-kut-tê , Teochew  is a pork rib dish cooked in broth popularly served in Malaysia and Singapore, where there is a predominant Hoklo and Teochew community, and also in neighbouring areas like the Sumatra, Indonesia and Southern Thailand.
