A good cup of coffee doesn't really rely on the machine used or how beautiful is the coffee art is presented. It all about the flavour profile, texture,smoothness of the milk/milk foam and temperature. How do you know if you're cup of coffee tasted bad?  That's the feeling when a sip grips you by the sides of your tongue. More signs of bad coffee: staleness, which I describes as coffee with a smell of rancid oil, and lacking in flavour and aromatics!!  Is pretty hard to get a really good cup of coffee in Kuala Lumpur even-tough there's like 60 cafes in KL itself.
