Lately I discovered a new cafe open at Bukit Tinggi 1, right opposite a steam boat restaurant name Chen Chen Ho . Rare Art Koffee has it own unique interior design for people to dine , relax , hangout and a delicate presentation on food to express their rare art to the lovely neighborhood . The area is quiet and spacial for customer to have their own private time with their love ones. Warm and cosy environment for people to enjoy the moment of life while listening a smooth and beautiful songs to calm your mind. The service was fast and good plus the food is delicious on the outside and inside.
Affordable price range and sets breakfast , Lunch and Dinner to suit your needs . I rate 8/10 stars .
